    All students in OCSD4 will receive lunch at no charge this year!*

    Our district will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision program this school year.  All students will receive one breakfast and one lunch daily at no charge provided that it is a USDA Compliant meal.  Extra items, (a la carte), second breakfasts, second lunches, and extra menu items are not covered under the program and will require payment at time of purchase.

    K4 thru 8th grades will eat breakfast in the classroom

    9th thru 12th grades will eat breakfast in the cafeteria

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
